Magazines can be easily extracted even if they are muddy, or caked with ice or sand. The molded dimples located on the bottom of the baseplate allow for easy marking and numbering of magazines. These work very well on my Glock 21, 13 round Magazines. I can grip the bottom of the magazine and easily remove from the magazine well in the event of a double feed.
