CNC machined barrel lug notch for superior lock up compared to the Glock OEM slide lock. Low profile that does not protrude beyond frame which also allows for no holster wear. Made from precision cnc machined 416 heat treated stainless steel for a lifetime of use. Fits all Glock models gen1-5Â except G42/43

Both of the extensions are great. I bought and easily installed the slide lock extensions in my G19 and G43 in a matter of minutes. Disassembly is faster and easier.

A must have for field striping your Glock
The OEM Slide lock is difficult to use and really should be just a tad longer for 'perfection'. I have replace ALL of the slide locks on my Glocks and like the version sold by RYG. It takes just a couple of minutes to swap out the OEM and replace it with the RYG extended slide lock.

You really need this!
I have replaced all of my slide locks with the extended one. I prefer the taper, it is so much easier to use. And if you field strip your Glock this avoids any frustration in removing the slide assembly. Get it, you can thank RYG for making this available. It is a must have upgrade for the G21/20 and the G41

The original slide lock is difficult to get a grip on. The extended makes a world of difference!!
