This unit installs in the bottom rear cavity of the frame utilizing a friction fit for retention. Helps keep debris out of the magazine well. Allows for use of factory interchangeable backstraps. Fits Glock Gen4 and 5 models G17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, and 38

Gen 4/5 frame plug
It snaps right into place and looks great. I only had to remove the back-strap on my Gen 4 G17, a few seconds to click the plug into place and then replace the back-strap...done.

I like it...
I decided I wanted an insert for my Glock 19. Lots of pros and cons. Tricky installation because I already had a beaver tail installed. With that, you cannot install the insert (plug). Uninstall the beaver tail, it snaps right in... easy peasy. Beaver tail installs right over it with no issues. I like that it allows the mag to slip right in easily no matter how fast you load. Sweet addition for my needs.
