This part is machined and extends the length of the slide lock lever on both sides ... I like that it is ridged straight up and down without an angle. Great Upgrade for your Glock!

Good product but not for everyone
The extended mag release by jentra is a good product with rounded edges to prevent cutting your thumbs up. My only con with this item is not because of the product itself but due to short thumbs which still causes me to have to shift my grip. Not the product for everyone, if you have to shift grip on the stock grip, chances are you'll still have to shift it to reach this release as well.

Totally butchered a previous review thinking it was a different product. Jentra slide lock lever is a perfect modification that saves your fingers/nails while field stripping, a must have for all glock owners.
